ConSpider This!

Did you know there are over 40,000 types of spiders? Did you know that spiders have six to eight eyes? Did you know there are different types of spider webs? Do you have arachnophobia?

October is a great month to do a study on spiders and these are just some of the questions children can “conspider” when participating in class discussions and research about spiders. Spiders are another scary creature for many young children, so giving them the opportunity to learn that spiders are very helpful creatures may help children with their fears.

We hope you conspider doing some of these activities!
