Are you ready for a December to Remember?

Are you ready for December?  October and November flew by and we’re now trying to get through a short month of teaching, testing, and getting through the required curriculum!  It is the busiest time of the year for teachers and as a result can be quite overwhelming!  Here are some ideas that you can use while getting thru guided reading groups, end of quarter testing, and still keep your sanity during the month of December!

Rockin' Reindeer

 

 

 

Santa is not the only focus for the holiday season, we think his reindeer deserve lots of attention for all the hard work they do too! We’ve had lots of fun with art projects, math activities and reading about reindeer, both fictional and non-fictional. It’s a busy and stressful time of year for us all (teachers and students!), so hopefully some of these ideas can keep you and your class “rockin” for the last few days of school before the holiday break!
