March Reading!

Favorite Women’s History Month Books:

With so much happening around the world I totally forgot to share my favorite March reading!  They are not only appropriate for the classroom but you can read them at home where all your kids can enjoy!  I chose books about strong women in honor of Women’s History Month. Reading about these women who have shaped our history, will help students develop and reflect on the importance of never giving up, taking risks and that it’s ok to make mistakes and learn from them! These books are age appropriate for K-2 Level  however, we know we can use picture books for all levels!

Shared Learning

As we continue to deal with the reality  of the spread of the coronavirus, and many schools  are forced to close, I’m sure parents are asking questions as to what they can do with their child as they wait at home.  I have no doubt the districts and educators are preparing a plan for your child to do during their stay at home.  I wanted to offer a few free products that cover skills  that would help  keep your child engaged in learning during this time.
In the meantime, know that your child’s safety and health always come first.  Insure that your child washes his/her hands, keep a social distance from each other, and cover sneezes and watch for any other signs and symptoms.

If you are needing additional resources to cover reading, writing, social studies, and health, check out my fact booklets.
