Finally, October!

Happy Fall Y’all!  And finally, my favorite month of the year for pumpkins, fall colored leaves, all it’s cool weather,  AND my favorite fall themed resources for the classroom!  Enjoy!

Dia de los Muertos fact booklet is a great resource to use when discussing and studying about this special holiday that is rapidly spreading in popularity all over the country for it’s importance of family bonds, respect for their ancestors and traditions!

Need a Christopher Columbus resource? This one's great for doing a research project on historical people with your pre-k/kindergarten class.

This non-fiction book on pumpkins is a great resource to use when discussing and studying about pumpkins with your class and add a few pumpkin activities – you got a winner of a lesson!

Finally, two non-fiction book on the spider and the bat are great resources to use for doing research projects on animals that live in trees with your pre-k/kindergarten class. Perfect for the month of October!
